BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

01 / ORIGINAL WORK

INDEPENDENT CONTENT

Film Thursdays prioritizes English-language independent short films, especially from 2024 onward. Friday Music Videos features newer independent artists, excluding country music. Submission does not guarantee selection.

02 / VIEWABLE MASTER

UPLOAD YOUR VIDEO

Upload an MP4 (preferred, H.264 video and AAC audio) or MOV file up to 5 GB. Send the best finished version available, in landscape 16:9 when possible. No links to inaccessible files or unfinished drafts.

03 / YOUR RIGHTS

CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL

You must control the rights to submit the work for review. Music videos require appropriate music/master, composition, synchronization and visual permissions; films require necessary cast, music and footage clearances.

04 / HUMAN REVIEW

PRODUCER APPROVAL

We review submissions manually. Uploading only grants Ripped TV permission to privately store and evaluate your work. Public television streaming requires a separate, explicit distribution agreement.
